Refund Policy
Effective 13 October 2026
This policy applies to subscriptions to the Nuvora AI Agent and Nuvora Agency OS. Subscriptions bought online are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders, on behalf of Nuvora Digital Hub Marketing Solutions LLC. Subscriptions paid by bank transfer on our invoice are sold by us directly.
14-day money-back guarantee
If a product isn't right for your agency, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of an annual renewal. You don't need to give a reason. This applies whether you paid online or by bank transfer.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@nuvorahub.com with the email address you used at checkout or the number of our invoice, or
- if you paid online, use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you, or contact Paddle through paddle.net.
Online payments are refunded by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days.
Bank transfers are refunded by us, by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 14 days of our confirming your request. We refund the full amount we received; we can't refund fees your own bank charged for sending the original transfer.
After 14 days
After the 14-day period, payments are not refunded for the remainder of the subscription year, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
When we end a service, or change our terms
If we discontinue a product, cannot provide a feature that was included in your plan at purchase, or you cancel because you do not accept a material change to our Terms of Service, we will refund the unused part of your subscription, calculated by remaining full months.
Founding price
A refund ends the subscription. If you subscribe again later, the price for new subscriptions at that time applies, as described in our Terms of Service.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the law of your country.
